Improve production, remove fines & increase fracture

A screen-jaw plant consists of a screen, jaw and supporting conveyors mounted on a single chassis that in most cases can be moved without disassembly. This reduces the number of loads required for relocating which saves valuable time, money and improves plant safety.

Capable of producing up to four products simultaneously, the plant also allows portable producers in sand and gravel pits to remove natural fines and small round rock from the crusher feed. Removing this deleterious material will improve crusher production, increase fracture and reduce F&E (flat and elongates.)

This product can then be stockpiled or crushed separately to make Manufactured Sand (MF) by feeding into a small cone crusher or VSI and fed back into the circuit before the second screen.
