The ELRUS Service Department is capable of repairing everything from reduction boxes for conveyors to complete crushing plants. We have highly qualified service specialists with in-depth knowledge of our products and service to help you maximize production.

Your equipment needs as much uptime as possible, and that's why we have a staff of experts from different disciplines to solve any mechanical problem. The ELRUS service department consists of heavy-duty mechanics, welders, millwrights and machinists.

We know that not all maintenance can be completed on-site. We are prepared for work that needs to be completed at one of our North America locations: our Service and Assembly Shops are comprised of fully equipped bays incorporating overhead cranes of 5 to 25 ton capacity.

Planned Replacements to Emergencies

We know the importance of regular maintenance, and we are fully equipped to serve your planned replacement parts needs. Our Machine Shop has horizontal and vertical boring mills to machine cones up to 60 inches and line bore jaws up to 42 inches by 48 inches. The machine shop manufactures and repairs replacement eccentric shafts for jaws, screens up to 8' wide and Vibrating Grizzly Feeders.
