ELRUS 6x20' 2-Deck Scalping Screen

ELRUS has developed a new 6x20’ 2-Deck Pre-Screen for separating rock and sand before entering the primary crusher. The new scalping design incorporates the multi-slope technology developed with the MS612 and offers producers improved screening and increased safety.

The increased efficiency of the new multi-slope bottom deck enabled ELRUS Engineers to reduce the top deck incline from 13 to 10-degrees to slow the speed that the large rock moves down the screen. The primary 15-degree high angle panel at the feed end results in rapid fines removal while the secondary 10-degree lower angle panel results in accurate sizing and stratification associated with horizontal screening.
